Summer nutrition programs help kids get the food they need during summer break, but lack of awareness creates barriers. Summer meals provide kids and teens ages 18 and under with free meals in their community. Summer EBT provides food benefits to eligible children on an EBT card. Kids can use both programs to access nutritious food while school is out. Use these resources to help families find nearby summer meals and learn about Summer EBT. |
